FAQ

Does the collar fit my dog?
To check the fit, measure the circumference of your dog’s neck. If it ’s between 15cm to 50cm, the collar should fit.
Does the collar come with all the colours?

Yes, the collar comes with 4 interchangeable faceplates (black, orange, blue and green) so you can change it to colour you like. My dog is ignoring the beeps and vibration, help!

We hear your frustration! It sounds like you have a stubborn barker and might need to spend some time to train her to understand the meaning of the beeps and vibration. This is what we suggest you do:

  • 1) take off the collar for a week to give your dog some time to forget
  • 2) train them to use the collar during dedicated training sessions
  • 3) put on the collar, adjust to the right level of tightness and sensitivity so the collar only responds to their bark and not surrounding noise or bumps
  • 4) whenever they bark and the device beeps, give a firm verbal command “NO” . I f the barking stops, give them a treat. Keep repeating this until they stop barking once the collar beeps /vibrates (without you having to tell them no) and keep up with the treats for few more times.

Quite often, some love and patience goes a long way !

The collar strap is too long for my dog, what should I do?
For smaller dogs, you may need to cut off the spare strap. If you do, make sure you seal the cut with a small flame to avoid fraying. Check out this YouTube video on how to seal the cut on nylon webbing.
The device is not detecting my dog’s bark, what should I do?
First, make sure the device is responding to the blow test (i.e. when you blow into the hole on the backside of the device , the device should become triggered and makes a beep sound or vibrate). Then, make sure the collar is snug around your dog’s neck such that you can only fit 1 finger between the collar and their neck . If the device is still not detecting your dog’s bark, press the (+) button to increase the sensitivity of the collar. You may need to play around with the different levels of sensitivity to find the sweet spot for your dog.
The device is being triggered by my dog scratching, what should I do?
The sensitivity level may be too high. Press the ( - ) button to bring down the sensitivity level and see if this eliminates the false triggers. You may need to play around with the different levels of sensitivity to find the sweet spot
